SH-48 is back open between SH-7 in Wapanucka and SH-48A in Coleman after a crash.

Drivers are asked to use caution in the area as traffic returns to normal.

Johnston County Emergency Management posted on their Facebook page a truck carrying about 90 cattle went off the roadway Thursday night.

Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the driver ran off the road and hit a power pole. He was not injured.

Crews tried to clear the scene Thursday night, but the risk was too high because of road conditions.

On Friday, the surviving cattle were loaded onto a new trailer.
