Second COVID-19 case confirmed in Garvin County

GARVIN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - A second confirmed case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Garvin County as Oklahoma adds four new cases overnight, bringing the total for the state to 53.

No specific information about the patient has been released.

On Friday, the state confirmed the first positive case in Garvin County.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health says the U.S. Small Business Administration approved the state's request for disaster loans for small businesses across all 77 counties who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

There have been four confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Texoma with one case in both Fannin and Lamar counties.
