WHITESBORO, Tex. (KXII) - A semi driver, accused of running a school bus stop sign, has been jailed for endangering the kids on board.

Grayson County deputies arrested Rocha Balderas this morning.

He's charged with ten counts of causing imminent danger to children using a deadly weapon-- his semi truck.

A complaint states Balderas passed a school bus in Whitesboro and did not stop back in March.

Ten kids under the age of 15 were on board, and no one was hurt.

Balderas is being held on a $50,000 bond.
