SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) - A Howe man already on probation for burglary was sentenced to 20 years in prison after he was convicted of another burglary Thursday.
Jesse Hill, 21, was serving seven years probation for burglary when he stole items from a Grayson County home.
While on probation, he also was arrested for an aggravated robbery in Sherman.
A judge gave him the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and revoked his probation.
If convicted, Hill faces anywhere from five years to life in prison for robbery.
