SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) - The Grayson County Crisis Center provided a visual of how many people are impacted by abuse for sexual assault awareness month.
Clothing dangled from clotheslines on the courthouse lawn Tuesday, each to represent a victim of sexual assault.
The demonstration served to show passersby that anyone can be a victim, and where they should go if they become one.
The Texas Association Against Sexual Assault says two in five women and one in five men in Texas have been sexually assaulted at some point in their life.
