SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) -- A group of Sherman High School students went to Grand Central Station food ministry on Wednesday and passed out socks, Chapstick and other items to those who needed them.

Members of the Leo Club said it was a rewarding experience.

Seeing people what we give them bring them joy," Lena Dungan, of the Leo Club said. "It has been really amazing and it is almost as rewarding to them as it is to me."

The items given out by the Leo Club were donated by SHS students.
