Storm knocks out power, damages planes in Grayson Co.

GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. (KXII) - Strong winds caused damage in parts of Grayson County Tuesday evening.

Two Cessna 150 two-seat airplanes were damaged at North Texas Regional Airport after being blown over.

Those same winds knocked over power lines, causing over 3,000 people to lose power in the Sherman area. The majority of the power outages were reported near the U.S. Highway 75 and 82 intersection.
