Three people have been shot dead in Marshall County, and the man officers say did it is in custody and now on his way back to Oklahoma.

Sheriff Danny Cryer says 56-year-old Kevin Moseley shot and killed his wife, Monica, and two stepchildren, 16-year-old Johnathan Horath and 12-year-old Stephanie Horath, at their home on Page Road south of Madill.

Cryer says they got the first call around 8:00 Thursday morning. He says inside they found all three deceased from gunshot wounds.

Both teens had been shot in their beds as they slept Wednesday night, Cryer said.

Cryer says all signs point it was a domestic dispute that turned deadly, a tragedy the whole community is now dealing with.

“It looks like they were appreciated in the community. We have had a lot of outreach trying to find out information. It’s just sad that things like this happen in our community,” Cryer said.

Moseley was apprehended in Abilene, Texas, Thursday afternoon with the help of the Texas Rangers and will be brought back to Oklahoma where he will face murder charges.
