MURRAY COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - A Texas man is facing manslaughter charges for the head on collision that killed a Bethany woman on I-35 in Murray County three months ago.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say 58-year-old Stanley Reyes was arrested Monday in Irving, TX.

They say Reyes was driving south in his pick up in the northbound lanes near mile marker 47 early June when he hit 36-year-old Annie Lillard head on, killing her.

Troopers say Reyes had oxycodone and fentanyl in his system and a blood alcohol content of .02.

But they believe his blood alcohol level was higher at the time of the collision.

Reyes was also charged with having an illegally modified shotgun while under the influence.
