DURANT, Okla. (KXII) -- Video: "This guy here," asked Maty Roberts who is filming. "Yes it is," replied Alison Roberts' boyfriend, Dakota Hodge. "Sir, are you the one who hates wetbacks?" Asked Maty Roberts. "Yea wetbacks, wetbacks, wetbacks because you're an immigrant," replied the man.

Maty Roberts, a Durant resident, is the woman behind the camera, but before Roberts pressed record, she was speaking to her sister in Spanish over the phone.

Video: "Listen," said Maty Roberts. "No, you're speaking immigrant," replied the man.

"I was shopping innocently and my daughter texted me saying hey mom I'm going outside, there's a racist man in here and I can't take it anymore," said Maty Roberts.

Robert's said her daughter's boyfriend, who is white, was approached by this man.

He asked if he was with Roberts' family.

"He just kind of came up to me," said Hodge. "Not even really talking to me, just saying out loud all these racial slurs."

"He just kept spitting out words like you're an immigrant and you need to go back to your country," said Maty's daughter, Alison Roberts.

Overwhelmed with emotion, Maty Roberts' daughter left the store and told her mom about the encounter.

VIDEO: "I don't speak English, I don't speak English, no comprende no comprende, you lousy speaking immigrant," said the man.

VIDEO: "what is your name sir?" Asked Maty Roberts. "Goofy," replied the man.

Soon after, police arrived.

VIDEO: "Get that b**** out of here, get that b**** out of here," said the man. "I'll show you World War III, it starts right here."

VIDEO: "Immigrant, immigrant, immigrant," said the man. "F***ing wetback."

The officer then asks to see the man's identification.

VIDEO: "Mind if I take a look at it sir?" Asked the officer. "No, it's my property," the man replied. "Okay, can you tell me your name?" Asked the officer. "Goofy," said the man.

The man later says his name is Jack and that's all the officer needs to know.

Roberts says she posted the video to Facebook because she doesn't tolerate bullying.

"And I will stand and I will march but I will not put up with that kind of behavior," said Maty Roberts.

Jack tells the officer he needs to go home because his blood pressure is high and the video ends with this:

VIDEO:"On this side of the Red River, north of the Rio Grand, north of the Red River, we speak English and English only," said the man.
