Trial set for former Kingston teacher charged with rape

KINGSTON, Okla. (KXII) - The case involving a former Kingston Public Schools teacher who's charged with three counts of rape will go to trial.

Tasha McCuan was formally read the charges against her in court today.

Records show the trial is set for Sept. 9th.

McCuan, who was a first grade teacher for the schools, is accused of having sex with three male Kingston High School students from November 2016 to August 2017.

If convicted on all three counts, McCuan can face up to three to 45 years behind bars.
