Two flown after DUI wreck in Love County

LOVE COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) - Two people were flown to the hospital after a suspected DUI wreck in Love County this morning.

Troopers said it happened on U.S. 77 and Tims Road just north of Marietta around 10 a.m.

They tell us Donald Stephens of Marietta was headed south on 77 when hit a 22-foot bale trailer stopped at the intersection in front of him.

Stephens was not injured, but his two passengers Tammy Burke and Jesus Maldonado both had to be airlifted to Plano.

The driver of the pickup hauling the trailer was not injured.
