Vacant home burns in Sherman

SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) -- A vacant house caught fire late Monday afternoon on East King Street near Willow.

The property owner said he had planned to rent out the home soon, but no utilities were connected.

No injuries in connection with the fire were reported, and the cause of the blaze has not yet been determined.
