Denison opens up for Summer workouts
The Denison Yellow Jackets began their summer workout program Wednesday. Athletes of several sports made their way back to the facilities for the first time in almost 3 months.
Coaches wore masks, and had sanitizer ready to go. The coaching staff also kept the kids spread out with workout stations inside and outside. It's a little different than in years past, but Chad Rogers says it's all about adapting.
"I told them, and I told the coaches, it's not the strongest team or the fastest team that comes out of this, that will be the most successful," said Rogers. "It's the ones that can adjust to the changes the fastest. That's what we're trying to do. Just adjust to the changes the fastest, while still trying to get better everyday."
