Three area players take top high school baseball honors

Three area high school baseball players have been named player of the year of their respective classifications.

Atoka star shortstop Nolan Burrage has been named the Class 3A player of the year by the Oklahoma State Games. Burrage was a key part of the Wampus Cats state championship run this season.

Silo's Joyal Savage was named 2A player of the year by the Oklahoma State Games. He helped a talented Rebels club to an undefeated season.

Wright City's Connor Bastarche was named Class A player of the year.
