A trio of Sulphur student-athletes signed to play at the next level Friday. Football star Price Daube signed to play at Oklahoma State, his teammate Tavius McDonald decided on UCO, and lady bulldog Payton James will play basketball at Dodge City.
"I've got good trust in the coaches and the players," said McDonald. "Which made it feel good, so it's the best place for me."
"It's always been my dream school," said Daube. "It was one of those schools that I knew if I got an offer of any kind, I was going to take it almost on the spot."
"It was just like home, the coaching staff was amazing," said James. "The college was amazing, and it was just a great atmosphere."
