FANNIN COUNTY, Texas -- A candlelight vigil is planned in remembrance of cold case murder victim Jennifer Harris.

In May 2002, her naked body was found floating in the Red River. Autopsy reports revealed her uterus had been removed. For 13 years her murder has gone unsolved.

Now, the TNT Show "Cold Justice" wants to investigate her case, but needs permission from the Fannin County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff Donnie Foster originally refused to cooperate with the show, but has now agreed to meet with its producers.

The vigil will be held at the Bonham High School Football stadium on Sunday, May 3 at 7:30 p.m.
