ARDMORE, Okla. -- The Ardmore plant, where a man died after a fall back in May, has been cited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Authorities say Christopher Cryer, 31, was working at Atlas Roofing when he fell about 15 feet, hit his head and died at the emergency room. They say his death was an accident.

In a report obtained by News 12, OSHA states the plant has been cited for not properly protecting employees from exposure to fall hazards and fined them $49,000.

We reached out to Atlas Roofing on Sunday, but our calls were not immediately returned.
