A completely Texas college Top 10 poll

SHERMAN, Texas -- MyPlates.com announced its Top 10 college license plates on Friday, and although the Texas Longhorns aren't having one of their best seasons on the gridiron, the University of Texas is enjoying the top spot in plate sales with its UT black plate.

All university plates sold generate scholarship funds for Texas students attending those universities.

In Texoma, the University of Texas plate leads in Hopkins, Hunt, Lamar, and Red River counties. In Cooke and Fannin counties, Texas is tied for the top spot, with the University of Oklahoma and Texas A&M respectively. In Grayson County, the University of Oklahoma takes the top spot with 19 plates sold, Texas A&M has 11 and the University of Texas is tied for third place with Oklahoma State, each with five plates sold.
