Ada lands new football head coach Wade Standley

ADA, OK - Former Norman North Head Coach Wade Standley is now the new head football coach at Ada High School.

Standley took over a 3-7 program at Norman North and led them to 30 wins in the next four seasons, including two district championships.

“This was just a great opportunity,” Standley said. “Ada's tradition speaks volumes, and we're excited to get down there and see what we can do.”

Standley replaces Matt Weber who resigned in December after going 8-3 last season. Weber had an overall record of 50-29 over his 7 seasons in Ada. He is now the head coach at Pauls Valley.
