Bearcats coaching search narrowed to 3

The Sherman Bearcats have narrowed their list of potential head football coaches to three candidates.

KXII has confirmed the three candidates that are in contention for the head coaching position to replace Gary Kinne. The candidates include: Bill Patterson (Justin Northwest), James Garfield (Wichita Falls Rider), and Todd York (Kaufman).

Superintendent Dr. Al Hambrick hopes to present one of the three candidates to the school board on March 24th. No financial terms have been reached with any of the candidates. If no agreement can be reached with any of the top three candidates, the Bearcats would then expand their list.
