Cowboys receiver Bryant out 4-6 weeks with broken foot

Dallas All-Pro receiver Dez Bryant could be out at least a month after breaking his right foot in the Cowboys' season-opening victory over the New York Giants.

Bryant was injured in the second half after missing time in the first half because of dehydration in the 27-26 comeback victory Sunday night. Owner Jerry Jones said Bryant would need a pin and be out four to six weeks.

Tony Romo led a 72-yard drive for the winning score in the last 2 minutes without his star receiver. Running back Lance Dunbar started the decisive march with two catches for 40 yards, and tight end Jason Witten had the winning catch from 11 yards with 7 seconds left.

Bryant led the NFL with 16 receiving touchdowns last season and started the year with more TDs than anyone in the NFL since coming into the league in 2010.
