Ryan trying to move past end of Texas' series

There is no way for Nolan Ryan to forget that the Texas Rangers were twice within one pitch of their first World Series championship and didn't win.
The Hall of Fame pitcher and Rangers president says he's
experienced a lot of disappointments in baseball. Ryan says none
were the magnitude of Game 6 of the World Series in October, when
Texas lost at St. Louis in 11 innings. The Rangers also lost Game
7.
At the baseball winter meetings Tuesday, Ryan says it he has to
view it as history, and that the Rangers just have to start
preparing for next year with the hope of getting another
opportunity and capitalizing on it.
The Rangers have been to consecutive World Series.
