Three Plainview student-athletes sign letter of intent

Three student-athletes over at Plainview High School signed their letters of intent to play at the next level today.

Hope Salzman signed to run track at Southern Nazerine.

"It's really awesome," Salzman said. "I didn't get to run my senior year so far, I had an ACL injury, so I'm just blessed to go forth and go onto the next stage."

Kaylee Roskam will join Salzman, she heads to SNU to play softball.

"I feel like Plainview helped me tremendously, the coaches, all the players, just always supporting me and helping me get ready for me to get to this level," Roskam said.

And Alex Woolly signs on to throw shot put and discus at Oklahoma Christian.

"Today is confirmation," said Woolly. "Because I never thought this would happen for me, to go to college on sports, but I worked hard for it and I'm super excited."
