With cold North winds 15-25 mph, wind chills will feel like 20s and 30s, all day so bundle up.

Please slow down, use low beams and give extra space to all cars around you. The dense fog, mist and drizzle will lift as our next strong Cold Front blows through early this afternoon. Today when the fog clears we will become briefly partly cloudy with South winds 10-15 mph ahead the approaching deep Low & strong Cold Front. Afternoon highs will be capped in the 40s & 50s around 2 pm as the cold front blows through flipping winds to the North 10-15 mph between 10 am to 3 pm.
