TMZ and People confirmed Miller’s arrest, which took place June 6 in Idaho.

Court records obtained by People showed Miller was released on a $5,000 cash bond and later pleaded not guilty to both charges.

According to People, he retired in 2017. He is considered the most decorated male American alpine skier in history.
Miller is a father of eight. He and his wife, Morgan Miller, have six children together, including their late daughter. The family made headlines in 2018 when their 19-month-old daughter drowned in a neighbor’s pool.
