Paris police identify suspect in Walmart purse theft

Paris police have identified a woman accused of stealing another woman's purse at the Paris Walmart.
Authorities say a woman was pushing her cart through the parking lot around 1:27 p.m. April 10 when the suspect grabbed her purse and ran to a waiting vehicle.
A witness chased the suspects and was able to open the car door and got into a scuffle with the suspect.
The vehicle was able to drive away, hitting and damaging a parked car in the process.
